  Almost one year since I moved here, I am definitely going to renew my lease. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Great location; close to Orlando, Daytona, airports and all the shopping centers in Debary and Orange city. The cost of rent is a great value. The pool area is a great time and they have monthly resident “parties,” as well as weekly food trucks. The hiking trail behind the complex is a must do, I use it almost daily.

  I had a great experience with Integra 289 Exchange, especially working with Evelyn Zuniga. She provided excellent customer service, was very professional, and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Evelyn was patient, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her friendly attitude and dedication truly made a difference. We appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend Integra 289 Exchange and Evelyn Zuniga to anyone looking for a smooth and positive experience.

  I wish I could enjoy the pool but the person in the office insists on playing loud, driving club music that isn't relaxing at all. Much of it is Spanish which I don't speak and can't enjoy due to not even understanding what is being said, and much of it has profanity in it and there are children at the pool hearing it. It makes it impossible to enjoy the pool. She has been asked to change the station and will not. She basically just said that the music is the same in the office and pool and to get over it because it is a pool area and that is what people want to hear. I am not the only person that doesn't like it as I have hear others complaining and most people bring earphones to drown it out. Just because it is the music that she plays in the office and likes, doesn't mean everyone else should be subjected to it. Play something neutral that would be appropriate in a workspace environment. What is happening is polarizing and one of the big reasons we are looking for someplace else when our lease is up. We picked this place for the great amenities and now do not get to enjoy them because one office girl doesn't care what anyone thinks as long as she gets to hear the music she likes.

  Leslie was more than helpful. She was friendly, patient, and went way above and beyond with helping me and my aunt move into an apartment. I cant thank her enough for all that she did for us, she is what makes integra 289 feel like home and that we are part of the family here. Thank you so so much.

  Ms. Leslie Rodriguez and the leasing staff are fantastic! Ms. Rodriguez assisted my partner and me throughout the leasing process, worked closely with us, and clearly explained each step. Her support made our move a smooth and easy transition, and I’m truly grateful.
