  I want to start by stating that my pre-sale experience was excellent — Jessica was professional, responsive, and made the buying process smooth and genuinely positive. For that part of the journey, I felt confident about my purchase and well cared for. She is unbeatable. Unfortunately, the post-sale experience has not matched that same level of care, particularly when it comes to construction noise management in the neighborhood. While I fully expect normal construction sounds (saws, drills, hammers), crews regularly blast amplified music onsite, to the point where heavy bass can be heard from down the street and inside my home. This issue extends well beyond standard construction noise and has been ongoing since October/November. I am not the only neighbor who has heard this and discussed it with several people in my area. I have made a few good-faith attempts to resolve this appropriately — I contacted the sales office first, then escalated to NVR before the holidays to document the issue, but did not receive a call-back. This week, I let the local authorities and HOA know as well to formalize this complaint. I’m sharing this not to criticize the sales team (who were wonderful), but to highlight that the post-move-in experience matters just as much as the buying experience. Future buyers should be aware that while the homes are beautiful, noise enforcement during active construction may require unfortunate persistence. I hope leadership takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and accountability for current and future residents.

  My daughter just purchased a new townhouse in this development. Nice location. Its close to the sunrise and the new Debary town center that is being built.

  The female Realtors are extremely friendly. The male manager seems quiet, but it's worth checking out. Their experience can be gained by observing the houses they provide. They provide excellent quality and detailed lists.
