  I had an amazing experience with getting my first apartment and I had a wonderful person named Evelyn Zuniga help me through the process and it was very quick and easy and straightforward and the whole process was very exciting so I recommend 289 exchange 100%.

  I lived at this property for 2 years. Living here was great until old management left and Janice took over the property, Maintenance was always great. Janice made the whole experience living there miserable, She has complete lack of accountability for anything, I was constantly being charged violation fees for renters insurance that never lapsed, the key cards barley worked and it was always an excuse as to why they didn’t work. You never see anyone leave the office unless they are showing an apartment. Compared to before old management would come around and ask you if you had any issues if they seen you outside. The trash a lot of times would not be picked up, another issue (and service you pay for monthly) that if brought up would go nowhere. I had mouse droppings in my garage and when brought up it was completely disregarded with the excuse of “This property does not have a mouse issue that must be something else” like I have never seen mouse droppings before and I’m just a dumb tenant. meanwhile I have never seen a pest control company once step foot in my apartment or around it (again service you pay for). The place used to be clean, breezeways were clean and no water stains from the reclaim water on the sidewalks or curbs, now you can’t tell what color the concrete should be it all looks brown. The list goes on, and multiple residence I talked to complain about her for one reason or another. I have even been told by someone in maintenance that residents complain about her to them, I would stay far away for the prices charged at this “luxury” complex.

  Packages get delivered to wrong addresses or end up in the office and the pool is closed a lot. Smells like weed everywhere!!!!
