- LVLucy VelezApr 18, 20265.0I’ve been living in this community for 7 years now. The management and maintenance team is here is great, respectful and very responsive. This community consists of a mix of retired and working families. It is a quiet and safe community and also pet friendly 🐾 which is a plus. If I could own my apartment believe me I would buy it. I truly love it here💗.
- MWMichael WhiteleyMar 24, 20261.0I lived there for 2017 to 2025 and they say that they are luxury apartments but there not The only thing luxury about them are the prices Horrible staff and not enough staff when I need them The biggest scam in Daytona Beach not worth the money and definitely not worth the stress.... And owners and staff are always complaining about something, one of the reasons I moved out. I there was a rating lower than 1 star that's what I would give them

In addition, some dog owners don't pick up after their dog(s) when walking them.
