Eileen was extremely professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent, and she truly went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this place.

Honest Review from Someone Who Actually Lives Here I was honestly discouraged at first after reading some of the reviews, but now that I’ve been here a while, I think it’s time to share the truth especially since it seems like the loudest complaints come from people who leave trash everywhere and think the entire complex is their personal chalkboard. The office ladies are so sweet, especially with kids I have one, and they’ve always been kind and helpful. The new maintenance guys? Total upgrade. Respectful, fast, and actually get things done. Remington is on it! Night and day compared to before. Honestly, if you're wondering whether to move in or stay here based on the reviews look at how things are now, not how they used to be. Some of us are having a better experience. Maybe the grumpy folks just miss the old maintenance chaos and a little wall chalk.

Beware when reading the negative comments! I’ve lived here with my kids for a while and I don’t understand why people say management doesn’t like kids! I get it that some parents don’t care what their kids do but as a parent myself, seeing toddlers and young kids run loose everywhere is scary!! All the ladies in the office are trying to do is make it safer for everyone, so yea, if your kid is one I have to dodge in the parking lot, or is messing with my door camera or coloring on my building, I’m glad they told you to move!! This place IS changing and it’s only for the BETTER!! #sorrynotsorry

Give this place a chance is my opinion! I moved in earlier this year and I must admit, I regretted that decision almost immediately. My apartment was not in the best shape and maintenance didn’t seem to know what they were doing 😩 I started counting the months until I could move. But then everything changed. We got a new manager and she brought in a whole new team for the office and maintenance and they are doing a great job of cleaning this place up! They communicate often, they are patient with you if don’t know how to use the resident portal and the maintenance guys are kind and professional and very responsive. My apartment is now something I’m happy to live in! I read the other reviews before making my own and from what I see and have experienced, those complaining are part of the problem, and I cannot say this enough, Ms Marisa, Ms Eileen, Mr Remington and Mr Trevor are the best thing to happen to this place!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! Unless you like to be paying for jail type conditions. Current property management is rude to say the least. There is black mold in some of the units that they just painted over and bed bugs as well. Bed bugs were reported and treated and then came back every time we got a new neighbor. We replaced our beds and our living room furniture. They came in through the walls. But of course, there's no record of the report and treatment since the complex changes property management like most people change their clothes. Pool passes are required and pool can only be used when office staff is on site according to emails sent out with new policies. No laundry facilities either. Children not allowed to be children. Parents instructed how to parent. No socializing with neighbors. Set your garbage outside for a few minutes as you are getting ready to take it to the dumpster and get a $50 fine. Not sure what the maintenance guy does as all I have seen him do is walk around smoking and sitting in his truck watching women and kids in the pool. Pretty sure that he's just a paid observer to report back to the office anything they deem to be a lease violation as they harassed my movers the moment they pulled on the property and were extremely nasty to them and myself during the process of my move. Best decision I have made was to move out of this place as of yesterday. Also observed at least 6 other units that I have seen leaving during my move.
