Jadielyn was an excellent tour guide, she answered all of my questions with no hesitation and made the application process very streamlined and comforting. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the property. Her continual interest along with her help makes daily life great here. Both of the management staff Kellie and Taryn make it a point to promptly respond to any issues I’ve had. They each make me feel special and important with each interaction. The staff also have many great food trucks come and it not only exposes us to new eats but also gives us a great opportunity to meet with other people in the community. Thank you Anatole!
- JMJanet MalangaSep 26, 20251.0Writing this review as I was involved with dealing with them and my son's apartment that had black mold. PLEASE see his review on here before you rent. Read past all these fake five star reviews on here to try and hide his!!! He was sick almost the whole time living there and we finally did a mold test ourselves and then he paid a company to come out and test and the mold was bad. They had two weeks according to Florida statutes to do something and yet months went by. They insisted they had to use their company to test the apartment....he moved out and they still to this day will not give him a copy of their mold findings. You would have thought if there was no mold they would have handed that to him on a silver platter. SO glad he is out of there!!!!
