  Do not waste your time on this property. From doing the lease wrong, over charging, the AC didn't work for MONTHS, the dishwasher had to be replaced, took months, the stove has a melted burner, still no replacement, the garbage disposal was absolutely disgusting, and the list goes on with all the issues we have had. They over charge and under deliver. The management does NOT respond to emails or phone calls. When I call, I am not a priority and the management won't talk to me. There is no communication from them when you need something but they will be on you if they want something. I do not recommend living here.

  ⚠️ RATINGS ARE FAKE. Management Only Cares Until You Sign. ⚠️ DO NOT SIGN HERE. The high ratings are fake. Management pushed positive reviews right after we moved in, before we knew anything. The truth is, they only care about getting your signature and the rating. After a few months, they completely ignore existing tenants. The Maintenance and Desk Staff are great, but the higher management is incompetent—zero communication and zero accountability. They will forget you exist once you sign. AVOID THIS APARTMENT. Seriously. AVOID THIS APARTMENT. Seriously.

  ⚠️ DO NOT RENT HERE: 3-Month Maintenance Nightmare (ZERO Compensation) I am a current resident and I urge you to look elsewhere. 3 MONTHS WITHOUT KITCHEN LIGHTS (Aug 2025 - Oct 2025). This is a failure of basic living conditions. Management allowed this critical issue to drag on for nearly 90 days. ZERO COMPENSATION. They offer no financial relief for this extreme inconvenience. WORST MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION. Expect to wait weeks for any serious request to be addressed. The front desk staff are kind, but the management team is effectively non-existent and completely ineffective. If you value basic functionality and responsive management, ICON Daytona is a costly mistake. Stay Away.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at this apartment complex has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The unit was in poor condition upon move-in, and any attempt to bring up issues was either ignored or met with rudeness.......... crazy. The property manager, Ashley, is especially difficult to deal with. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely avoidant of any real responsibility. Getting a response from her—let alone a helpful one—is nearly impossible. Whether it’s maintenance requests, pest issues, or just basic communication, Ashley makes it clear that residents are an inconvenience rather than a priority. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. There are far better-managed communities where tenants are actually treated with respect.

  this is one of the worst places i've interacted with. management S U C K S. ashley is the W O R S T. they don't care about the residents they don't care about the employees. the company clearly doesn't care about who is hired as a manager or ashley would have already been fired by now. PMG needs to DO BETTER. get someone in here from corporate to evaluate this place. office ignores calls and emails it's like PULLING TEETH to get a simple response. they don't do anything to help or fix issues and brush everything under the rug. save yourself the money and the additional stress and find a better apartment
