  9 months into our lease, there are definite pros and cons. The manager and maintenance team are great.The amenities are nice but they are not taken care of by the residents and the change is noticeable from the time we moved in until now. There is no recourse for significant issues with other people on the property. My husband was attacked by an unleashed dog, the upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud at all hours with dogs left barking nonstop for 3+ hours multiple times throughout the week, nonsmoking doesn’t mean much, and tonight a dog peed all over me from above while I was sitting on my porch. Most people do not pick up after their pets. We look forward to the end of our lease.

  The move-in process was honestly great. My husband and I asked a million questions and even came to check out the place three different times before we signed. Taylor was awesome and super patient every step of the way, and the rest of the staff has been just as friendly and helpful. We’ve only been here a few weeks, but we’re really happy so far. The amenities are actually as nice as they look in the photos, the building stays clean, and everything feels well taken care of. Parking is easy, the area feels safe, and the neighbors we’ve met have all been respectful and friendly. We feel really comfortable here and already feel at home. Overall, it’s been a great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere clean, welcoming, and well-managed.
