  Though the front office personnel are nice, the maintenance crew is lacking. Before they hired new people which was about a month ago nothing in my apartment was fixed. I usually am not a person to complain but I had 5 maintenance requests filled in at one point and one was for mold. Most recently my ac has been not working for about a year on and off. I always keep calling for them to come and fix it and they come in, look at it and put freeze on in there and use a brush on the coils (which are rusted at this point) and place in an old filter and don't even bother bringing me a new one. I have tried to get a new ac system since I have lived here for 8 years and who knows how long it was there before. My dryer heater is also broken which I have mentioned countless times but I pay extra for an item that barely even works. My electric bill is through the roof because of the ac issue as well we are sweating in here saying it is 78 degrees when I have the ac on 70 and it is still not working. If you are gonna take 5 months to get a new maintenance crew make sure you hire someone that knows what they are doing.

  Office administrator nice. But the property is dirty, looks abandoned. I will not rent there. Pool dirty, pool chairs rusty very old, bathroom of pool look abandoned, hallways dirty. Apartment I seen not good countertops and I wasn't able to send a unit they will offer me. Place seems they are not responsible maintenance and care for tenants living space.

  Carolina Club Apartments is the worst place to live!!!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve been going to the leasing office multiple times to report these issues non stop!!! All the lady at the front desk keep doing is writing stuff down on a piece of paper and nobody does a follow up. She keep saying there’s no maintenance to look at the issues so she don’t know how long before someone will come. This place has a lot of issues: 1. Our dryer stopped working for months now and we have to go to the laundromat. Someone came to look at it and didn’t provide a follow up. We’ve been waiting since. 2. A lot of MOLD AND ROACHES!!!! Roaches in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!! We have to be washing the dishes and pots before we use them. 3. Stove burners not working properly. 4. Shower curtain rod has been broken for months and we had to replace it ourselves. 5. Above the fridge is a huge mold which has been growing and I went to the office multiple times to report this. They just don’t care which is ridiculous because we’re paying our rent and if we’re late on paying rent they’re gonna charge us extra. They need a new management team because they don’t care to fix these issues. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live over here Also I’m attaching a photo of the mold that’s above the refrigerator
