  I had a very frustrating experience with the leasing process at Nova Central Apartments, specifically working with Yamani Brown. Communication was extremely poor from the start. She repeatedly said she would call me back, but never followed through, and I constantly had to chase her down just to get updates on my application. I also called the leasing office multiple times and left several voicemails, but no one ever returned my calls. It felt like there was a complete lack of organization and customer service. What was most concerning was that my personal information was sent to the wrong email address, even after I verified and spelled out my correct email multiple times. That is a serious breach of privacy, and at no point did Yamani take accountability or even reach out to apologize. Overall, this experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly recommend improving communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail especially when handling sensitive personal information. Edited: Yamani Personally called me and I spelled out my email address to her. ( using a phonetic alphabet) . When I noted, I was not receiving the email addresses she stated she was sending to me. After days pass, she then sent out another email out to the incorrect email address AFTER I corrected the information . When questioned about this at the leasing office, she stated it was her mistake because she went off the name on my ID and the next day was her day off. She seen the emails and her manager fixed the issue and then proceeded to laugh no accountability.

  Most rude staff out of any apartment complex, treat you like garbage. Only move here if you want to deal with rude people.

  The property manager Kalya and her entire staff are wonderful and very accommodating. They respond to your service request quickly. The community is very quiet and safe. Great amenities! I really loved living there. Defiantly would recommend this community to friends and family. Great place to live!

  Couldn’t be less impressed. My dryer has been broken and my smoke alarm has been down for weeks now. I have gone into the office several times to see what the hold up is and they say it will get done “today”. They have said that three times. It’s still not fixed. You would think something like a smoke alarm would be slightly important. I have had an issue with my dryer before and the old management was completely on top of it. It was fixed in a few days and they offered to leave me with a key (to hold onto) to a vacant apartment to do my laundry until the problem was fixed. I am really missing the old management to say the least.
