  Seems like a lovely little neighborhood. People walk all hours of the evening with their animals. They say hello as they pass each other. Nicely kept homes. Security gate.

  We bought here in approximately 2015 with a 3 bedroom 2 baths and over 1720 sq feet with lots of space in the back yard on the water and have enjoyed BBQ more so in the past with family and friends. Our property is very well maintained. There are residents that are happy and residents that might complain because you can not satisfy everyone especially if they are bitter. Mgt: offers parties, has had BBQ, Bingo. Arsts and Crafts we have had a super bowl party and Thanksgiving has helped those in need with dinners. Living here you are approximately 12 minutes away from airport, beaches, turnpike and I-75 is 5 minutes away. Sawgrass mall is 10 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by to choose from. There is a lot rent but the way I see it the lot rent is still much less then apartments in this area going for 2 bedrooms at $1,900 plus.
