Everyone treated me exceptionally well, from my first visit right through to the handover of the house. I was treated with great kindness, attention, and, above all, professionalism. Audrey, Tania, and Juan were exceptional.
- DSDayra Rivera SanchezApr 6, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience with this builder. What was promised during the sales process does not match reality. Poor workmanship, neglected landscaping, unfinished areas, and a community entrance that looks unmaintained and unprofessional. Basic things like lighting and upkeep have not been properly handled. I’ve been waiting over a year for the main entrance of the community to be properly completed. The secondary entrance looks terrible, no decorative landscaping, overgrown grass, and the sign lights have not worked since I purchased my home in 2024. The sales experience was just as concerning. Many of us feel we were misled, and there was a clear lack of transparency and professionalism. Pulte may be good in other cities, but in Davenport the experience has been unacceptable and the community has not received the attention it deserves. Overall: poor quality, poor follow-through, and very little accountability. Buyers deserve better.
