  A very quiet and safe neighborhood. No issues with maintenance. I’ve lived here for almost two years. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

  Excelent Service at Verso We tour and applied the same day…. Love the Space on the 3 bedrooms all walking closets are very specious, thanks Keila for all your help throughout the application process!

  I just did a tour at verso and I have to say the experience was wonderful, the leasing agent (Keila) had so much patience with me on answering all my questions. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained with good layouts not to mention it smelled amazing! This complex is definitely on the top of my list .

  I lived in this complex for over 4 years, and I can confidently say I would not recommend it to anyone. During my time there, management and leasing agents constantly changed — it felt like there was never any stability or accountability. The maintenance team was terrible; they would come to fix one issue and somehow manage to break two or three others in the process. Completely unprofessional. This place advertises itself as a “luxury” apartment community, but there was nothing luxury about it. Trash would pile up and overflow for the entire community, the front gate almost never worked, and there were even times when residents’ cars were broken into overnight. Since moving out, my mental health and overall quality of life have drastically improved. I genuinely regret ever signing a lease here.
