- MHMatthew HicksDec 14, 20251.0When I first moved in they told me they cleaned. This is what I found. The smell of cat pee was shocking. I found 4 untreated stains (they just did a quick vacuum and said "cleaned") i found cat poop ON TOP of my cupboards. The master bathroom smelled like a beach bathroom with the showers visibly dirty with grim while the other bathroom didnt have a working toilet (the chain fell off) and thats when I found PEE under the lid of the reservoir. Ive watched roaches crawl out from the dishwasher and under the fridge many many times. Just a little PSA, for future residents, you need to bring your own fan for your rooms as they dont have any installed. How are you still reading this? Are you in that desperate need to find an apartment that you would still consider this place? Wild. Good luck if you choose this place.

Every time I’ve submitted a request, the response has been incredibly prompt, professional, and courteous. Chris and Joe showed up almost immediately. Chris was very informative and continually offered solutions to keep my air vents clean and my ac running right. Living in an apartment complex with a maintenance team this reliable gives me real peace of mind. Huge thanks to Chris and the boys!
