  This is a great place to live. Zack in the front office is great. Easy access to the turnpike and the maintenance team is onsite and quick! No complaints

  This condominium is a huge scam. You go to the website and see what you need to rent. You pay the fees, and after everything is paid, they deny it, saying that the document sent is not accepted when the website says it is accepted! In short, they rip you off and you lose the money you invested! That's why it's full of empty apartments.There should be an option for fewer stars because one star is too much for this condominium.

  Save your money. Seriously! This place is very discriminating. Zach literally told me that someone with no job would have better chances than someone who just started a job that hasn’t been employed more than two months. I helped my daughter and her boyfriend apply here. Boyfriend was getting paid by cash which was just one of the options of pay and at the time of hire cash wasn’t an issue but Zach said it needed to be by a company check. So we mentioned that we could switch to a company check because it was one of the pay options and he then said “it still wouldn’t matter” because it hadn’t been two months. Then proceeded to say that if the letter was an offer letter, it would have been more sufficient. How does someone with no job have more chances of approval vs someone already working? Makes no sense at all! God is great though. God saved these awesome, young adults from a crappy rental. They lost out on good renters and tenants. Full time med student that also works full time with an awesome rental history, plus, a bf who also works full time that’s a good kid. Very sad what this world is turning into. I feel like their decision was based off from race and greed.

  If you need to live somewhere without nobody watching what you doing, you need to go somewhere else because the people at the office, are rude and disrespectful , The people at the office don’t respect people space they be spying on me since I’ve been living there They will overcharge you at the end of the lease to replace any item in the apartment and they will threaten you by collection and affecting your credit score,
