El lugar no esta mal pero creo que los precios si y sobre todo si vas a renovar contrato, siempre te suve. En ocasiones e escuchado por los vecinos que les revisan sus autos en las noches si te olvidas cerrarlo, se pierden cosas de los patios pues en las noches anda todo tipo de personas dando vueltas y buscando que llevarce.

Chill place to live. Neighbors are quiet. Close to all local hotspots. Heather is always there to help us and Chris always fixes whatever issues my wife calls in when they come up-THE SAME DAY! You wont find another apartment complex that does that.

We currently live at The Sands on Clearlake and genuinely enjoy it here. The neighborhood is quiet, everything is well maintained, and the new dog park was an awesome addition — our pup is obsessed with it.
Heather, the manager, and Chris, the maintenance man, deserve a shoutout for how on top of things they are. Any time we’ve submitted a work order, it’s been taken care of quickly and without any stress.
The apartments are on the smaller side, but they’re cozy and work perfectly for me and my small family. I’ve already recommended two of my siblings to move here, and we plan to stay until we’re ready to buy a home in a few years.

I’ve been living at The Sands on Clearlake for a while, and I have to say the new management company, SPM, has completely transformed this property. Since they took over, everything looks so much better and I genuinely feel safer living here.
Heather, the office manager, is truly amazing—she’s always kind, professional, and willing to help with anything I need. And Christopher, the maintenance guy, is on another level. Anytime I or any of my neighbors put in a request, he’s there within minutes and gets things done quickly and correctly.
I’m honestly thankful SPM stepped in to manage this community. Their dedication and improvements are the reason I chose to renew my lease. Highly recommend living here!

I lived there for 2 years recently. For what they're charging you, it's not a great place. It looks nice, but it's not structurally nice. The floor is unstable because it's got a 2 foot crawl space underneath. I always felt uncomfortable that my dryer unit was hooked up to the crawl space rather than outside. And when I took off the aluminum tube, I could see that the lint was falling onto wires under the crawl space. The only sturdy part in the apartment was when they had to come in and pore what looked like concrete on a spot that was sinking.
They started charging water as well, which I find ridiculous, And when I lived there, trying to get somebody to come fix something in your house was pulling teeth. In the middle of summer, when I lost my AC, I went a week with no AC because they couldn't get anybody out there to fix it. And they did not offer me any sort of relief, and I had animals. So I had to go out and buy a portable, AC unit which barely worked because the insulation is so poor. My window constantly broken would not open.
I don't know if they have new management now. But that was the management two years ago. Oh, and their hours were set to where they were not there. If you worked a regular 9 to 5, you would have to take off work early in order to talk to the property manager because they werent open on Saturday.
If you're going to rent from here, triple check everything. Look at everything before you sign anything. And ask them what their policy is for emergencies. For when your AC breaks, what are they going to do if the AC breaks? Walk hard on those apartment floors and see how much they wiggle.
