Whenever I have submitted a maintenance request it gets resolved immediately. Earlier this week I received an alert on my phone that the smart door lock was running low on batteries. I totally forgot about it but thankfully the maintenance team was on it. Ron came and resolved this issue quickly. Special shout out to him since he has always been caring, friendly, and respectful.

Management consistently fails to do their jobs, and the maintenance team is unprofessional, rude, and poorly trained often creating more problems that end up costing residents money. The apartments themselves are poorly built, with paper-thin walls where you can hear everything happening around you. Do yourself a favor and stay away. You can thank me later.
