Don't move here if you want to enjoy walking your dog! It is NOT allowed here at Orange Lake! Let me explain what that means...you can walk your dog on the street (which gets really hot, especially in the summer!) If your dog is seen on another person's grass at all, or in the common areas, they will tell you, you have to get rid of your dog. You are ONLY allowed to let your dog walk on the grass of your lot. There isn't more that 5'-6' feet on either side of most homes lots, and depending on your lot, you have very little space in the front or back that is considered your lot. They will tell you, you can walk your dog in the retention pond at the back of the neighborhood (hope your dog makes it that far and doesn't want to stop to go potty, they'll have to go on the street), but it's right by the septic system and the stench is horrendous. Almost forgot ... there's a pet fee, why I'm not sure! Buyer beware!

They have a pool but you have to buy a pass for it, rents not bad. You can hear your neighbors though.
