  Terraces at Clearwater Beach is a nifty place to be many things are in walking distance buses comes in front and sides of the apartment complex. The terraces also have gym,dog parks Access along with very welcoming and unstanding staff members. The apartments are great.

  Leah has been an excellent property manager to work with. She is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference in my overall experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and goes the extra mile for tenants. Highly recommend!

  I've been looking for a new place to call home for a while now and Terraces at Clearwater was my choice for location . Not far from the beach , and plenty of restaurants. Leah was especially helpful with questions and concerns. Good customer interactions seems hard to come by these days and she definitely exceeded my expectations. Thanks Leah!

  Disgusting. There are washer/dryers in the units but none of them work. Everyone still has to use the laudromat. Most of the units have cracked windows and many of them don't open. The A/C only works downstairs. There is mold everywhere, even if you do have a dehumidifier running 24/7. There are roaches in the apartments and rats outside. garbage piles up outside. The rent is too high and they overcharge as much as they can. The neighbors are all rude and inconsiderate and management does nothing to resolve the issues. Children running around in the street. Drug deals taking place in broad daylight. Prostitution. People smoking weed. Edit in response to Management: I’m writing this at 11:47pm after listening to the neighbors dog bark for the last 20 minutes, an ongoing issues that I’ve contacted you about numerous times. After a dozen phone calls about the same issue, I’m going to get tired of calling. That does not mean the issue has been resolved. You told me you were going to “refinish” the bathroom to get rid of the mold and instead had me evacuate my dogs just so you could have someone scrub the wall with bleach, something I’ve done myself numerous times. That was maybe a month ago and the mold is already returning because no action has been taken to fix the underlying issue, which is a broken window. The neighbors love to smoke weed on the back porch, and since the AC units are back there it sucks the smoke into my living room on a regular basis. As I type this right now I can look out my bedroom window and see someone’s garbage that was left literally in the middle of the road. Last time someone left their garbage in the road it sat there for TWO WEEKS before I picked it up myself. To be clear, the issues with this place are deeper than Leah and Jeremiah. They do their jobs and there is only so much they can do. This place is absolutely disgusting. I am thrilled to be moving in three weeks.
