I did not personally live here, but after my experience with the office staff—specifically Chris—I was extremely disrespected. That interaction alone was concerning, but after speaking with several current residents outside the property, it became clear that this was not an isolated issue. Based on those conversations, I made the decision not to move forward with leasing here. It appears that management does not prioritize or respect their residents, and multiple people expressed similar concerns about the way they are treated. Chris, in particular, seems to be a recurring issue within the office. With rent prices as high as they are, there is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. Residents are the ones funding these properties, and basic respect and communication should be the standard—not the exception. Unfortunately, it does not seem like that standard is met here.

I do not live here but after visiting and talking to other residents this place sounds like horrible place to live. Management shows little to no regard for their residents and consistently fails to communicate in a professional or timely manner. It’s incredibly frustrating that concerns raised directly go unanswered, yet they are quick to respond publicly to Google reviews instead of addressing issues through proper channels. This lack of accountability and respect for residents makes for a very disappointing living experience.

I strongly advise against living here unless you are prepared to be treated with a complete lack of professionalism and respect by the current office staff. In particular, dealing with Chris is extremely frustrating unless you are presenting yourself as perfectly happy at all times—which is unrealistic given the ongoing issues residents face. If you enter the office without a smile, you risk being dismissed entirely. Chris has called residents “children,” refused to provide information, and repeatedly told people to leave and return only when they are in a better mood. This is not how residents should be treated—especially when they are seeking help with legitimate concerns. Today, I attempted to pay my rent online via e-check, which has worked in the past, only to find that the option was suddenly disabled. The only alternatives available were to obtain a cashier’s check (which involves additional effort and cost), pay bank fees, or use the online card option with an excessive $79.11 “convenience fee.” The system instructed me to contact the office, so I did. It took six calls before anyone answered, and when they did, I was met with irritation rather than assistance. When I asked why the e-check option was disabled, Chris stated he didn’t know and asked what the website told me to do. When I explained that it directed me to call the office, he told me to “calm down” and call back later. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told she would not be available until Wednesday, and the call was abruptly ended. When I attempted to call back, my calls were ignored, except for one instance where he answered only to tell me to “Google ZRS Management” before hanging up again. I then went into the office in person simply to request the manager’s contact information. Instead of receiving assistance, I was repeatedly told to “calm down” or leave. It took several minutes of being dismissed before he finally provided a business card. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, especially as it has been ongoing for two months without resolution. Residents are already dealing with financial pressures, and being forced into additional fees due to system errors—while receiving no support from management—is unacceptable. The issue here is not just one individual, but a broader failure in management. Either employees are not properly trained, or this level of disrespectful behavior is being tolerated. No resident should be treated this way for simply seeking help with a payment issue. I cannot recommend living here based on this experience.

worst management EVER!!! don't even try to move here, first you’ll be waiting outside the locked front office door waiting for a worker to show up when their “open,” then they'll accept your application, then decline it, say it's due to "lack of communication" when they're the only ones who never communicated. We completed all steps of the verification and they said it wasn't done. We redid it, got accepted again with a WELCOME LETTER, and then DECLINED AGAIN! for what reason? who knows because they DONT COMMUNICATE! They hired people from temu to work there nobody knows what they are doing. Don't even get me started on the bird brain manager who don't know how to manage and who’s never even in office to talk to!! Do better 👎 and maybe go to work!! update: it’s been over a week and still have not gotten back the almost $800 deposit!!!! yall should work in the scamming industry instead seems like a better fit!

I’ve lived here for a little over a week now, and so far the experience has been wonderful. The staff have been absolutely amazing. The property manager, Waleska, has stepped up seamlessly while the property manager is on maternity leave, and she has been incredibly pleasant, professional, and helpful with every question that’s come up. Keith, the maintenance manager, is also fantastic, easygoing, and clearly dedicated to what he does. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares and works hard to support residents. The community itself is very clean, well-kept, and truly a great place to live. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and appreciate all the effort the team puts in every day.
