Do not move here unless you want to know what it’s like living under 1940s Germany. I truly believe that they hire the most rude people that come in for an interview. Please do not move here for your own sake. Especially for the cost.

Jesse and Julissa were so helpful with the application process, finding a great apartment for us and helping us to move in; we are so grateful for all they did and continue to do. The maintenance crew is very nice and helpful, too. Grand Reserve cares about its inhabitants and its property; it is a beautiful, clean and relaxing place to live with great apartments, a nice pond, fountain, pools, office area, and exercise rooms. Thanks so much for everything!

While perfection is rarely attainable, every staff member has consistently demonstrated exceptional service, promptly resolving maintenance issues within 24 hours. The property has always been well-managed and maintained. Thank you all for your unwavering support and availability whenever I needed it.
- MFMark FraserOct 16, 20255.0Kudos and many thanks to Aldo for stepping in with "magic hands," to assist Clearwater Gas resolve a new service gas connection issue with my water heater!! After nearly 30 minutes of attempting to light the gas water heater, it was deemed in need of repair as the gas would light then cut off within seconds. Aldo identified the problem and resolved the issue within 2 minutes! The gas rep seemed surprised and thanked him for his assistance!

Things are addressed immediately and accommodations are made to suit my convenience. If something’s up in the community or apartment, as long as you bring it to the attention of office staff or maintenance, they handle it right away. The location here is perfect - I bike along the trail from bay to gulf (beach to beach) and have good restaurants & supertarget within walking distance. There is a strong sense of community here, which is a big part of why I love living here
