I will provide a very comprehensive review when I have time to write the whole book of why to avoid this place like the plague.

I told the complex about the problem and they came out to spray something on the wall. A couple months later it came right back and got all on my clothes and shoes. I also have a 2 year old daughter that cant breathe that stuff in. They didn't care about the problem at all and then showed me that there is a section in the lease that actually says something about the black mold. They made me pay $1700 to get out of the lease even with the proof that there was black mold all in my closet and in my daughters room. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay at this place. I still can't believe that I had to pay to break the lease when I had pictures and proof of black mold and leaks in my place.
