  I just noticed my (former) neighbor, Elizabeth left a 1 star rating and Terraces responded asking why she left such a poor review. I'd like to step in and answer that question on Liz's behalf. Liz was a single mother of a young baby and every time I ran into her she was in a rush to get something done. She deserved to have a home to come back to at the end of the day where she could feel at peace and relax. Terraces does not provide that. Instead, Liz came home to a community where people openly do drugs to the point where you can't open your front door without your whole living room smelling like marijuana. Every night she laid down in bed praying to God that her baby wouldn't be woken at 3am by someone's car stereo. I came home the other day to see that Liz had moved out while I was at work and I was so excited for her. I am counting the days until my own move out date. Blessing to your little family and your precious dog, Danny. And no, you're not going to find a tenant named Saul Goldstein, this is obviously an alias.

  disgusting. there are washer/dryers in the units but none of them work. everyone still has to use the laudromat. most of the units have cracked windows and many of them don't open. the A/C only works downstairs. there is mold eve3rywhere, even if you do have a dehumidifier running 24/7. there are roaches in the apartments and rats outside. garbage piles up outside. the rent is too high and they overcharge as much as they can. the neighbors are all rude and inconsiderate and management does nothing to resolve the issues. children running around in the street. drug deals taking place in broad daylight. prostitution. people smoking weed.

  Worst apartment, they were cracked windows, Doors are rusty, and ants in the kitchen it’s a good thing we moved out. I would not recommend going to this apartment

  The Terraces of Clearwater Beach has been a wonderful place to call home since Sept 2025. The staff and maintenance manager, Iva have been exceptional — always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything that’s needed. Their professionalism and care truly stand out especially Iva who is battling cancer and always has a smile on his face. He even helped me bring in groceries on his day off. His attitude towards life makes the community feel well-managed and welcoming. If I could offer a few suggestions, it would be to consider refreshing the exterior aesthetics. Updating the current dull, muted pastel colors to something more neutral and modern would really elevate the look of the units. A bit of pressure washing and refreshing the crushed shells around the buildings would also make a noticeable difference. Additionally, using reflective paint on the exterior building numbers would help them be more easily seen in the evening — a small upgrade that would greatly improve visibility and convenience. Overall, this is a fantastic place with outstanding service, and I highly recommend it. With just a few cosmetic updates, it could look as amazing as the team that runs it! Sincerely Bldg 20, Unit 1.
