- CCCaridad CruzSep 16, 20255.0I’ve been here for 6 yrs never lived in a park before and it’s a great community well kept, central, mall is 5 minutes away closest beach is 15 minutes away restaurants all around with lots of things to do… people should come and take a look at this community and see for yourself that this is away better than other places… and as far as landlord’s, you’re, your own landlord because you’re just renting the space your home is on…

No outdoor water available to residents. The ever-changing park mangers clearly don't "manage" the blight in the park. Knock on a few doors get the scoop yourself. I don't need to say what's obvious.
