- JPJohn PorkFeb 23, 20261.0The place is a garbage dump. Filthy property. Cheap overpriced trash disguised as luxury. Continuously goes downhill after management change every year. Lived here 5 years and it will be my last. Awful management absolutely could not care any less. Make sure to see the ENTIRE property when you tour. If you enjoy paying several thousand dollars a month to live in a landfill, you’ll love it here.

I wanted to give a special shout to Frank Feria in the office, he made everything so easy and seamless and answered every question I had!
