I absolutely love the office staff & Diane (management) they’re always super responsive, friendly, and willing to help. Jesica was my leasing agent during my tour, and she was wonderful. She’s definitely an asset to the community. One of my favorite features is the car care center, which is a lifesaver when you have kids constantly making a mess in the back seat. The community has also been getting some nice upgrades lately, like pressure-washing the breezeways and fresh paint, which really makes a difference. Parking is always available when I get home something that was one of the biggest headaches at my last place. Maintenance has also been prompt and efficient anytime I’ve needed them, though there haven’t been many issues at all. Management is doing an amazing job keeping this community clean, safe, and well-maintained. The rent is affordable, especially with the amenities included. Honestly, this is my favorite apartment I’ve lived in so far. And a cute bonus: the wild ducks that visit every morning! My kids love seeing them and feeding them seeds alongside the neighbors. It’s little things like that that make this place feel like home. I really don’t ever want to leave! 😂

She has the worst personality ever, I was thinking about renting there but nope, because I know I am not going to get good customer service from her and I hope all 4 million of my viewers see this review and please do not reply to this review with that weird bot reply. Grow up

- JWJocelyn WhiteAug 18, 20251.0Edit- They are quick to answer a google review but won’t answer the phones to actually address the problems. If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at this GSC property has been nothing but disappointing. The common areas are consistently dirty, the trash is always piled up, and the gates have never worked properly despite being advertised as a “gated community.” On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of treating tenants with respect, they tack on unfair charges. At move-in, I was told we could hang items on the walls as long as we filled the nail holes before move-out. Now they’re trying to charge me for it anyway, despite their own staff confirming over the phone that this is allowed. Communication is terrible—emails go unanswered, and issues are brushed aside. This whole experience has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I would strongly recommend staying far away from GSC properties. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
