Limited parking for visitors which is complicated by the fact that management allows vehicles to be stored covered in the spaces. Currently there are two vehicles being stored in visitors spaces and have been there for at least 3 months. Gates regularly not working. Little parking enforcement for a gated community.

Unfortunately looking to move elsewhere. Wanted to upgrade to a bigger apartment here once my lease is up but I’d have to go through the entire application, background check, and deposit process again as if I’m a brand new tenant. Got automatically charged for renter’s insurance with no notice even though I carried it. Can hear stomping from upstairs unit constantly, kids smoking weed in stairwells, gates never work properly, poor gym and pool maintenance, etc. Don’t recommend renting here.

I can't wait to move out of this place! I'm a cancer patient and because I was a sick at the Moffitt Cancer Center I called them to explain that I'm never late on my rent. They said they understood. I went to pay the rent and I paid on the portal but just because for one time I made a mistake and paid .73 cents by checking I forgot to place the funds in the account they decided to send a letter to us saying that they are charging us $59.73 or that they will take legal matters against us. Like if I don't have enough going on. On top of this they closed the portal out and today the 27th of February I do have the rent in full and they tell my husband that we need to bring a money order for the next 12 months. Oh we are not going to stay here 12 months. We are going to finish the months we have and we are out of here. Everything is always breaking here. If it's not the n sink it's something else. I'm tired of their nonsense and robbing us of fees and money. I will never rent here again!

This letter serves as formal notice regarding my legal right to remain in this residence. I want to make it clear that personal relationships with maintenance staff or management do not grant anyone the authority to remove me from the property. Being employed, knowing staff, or “getting along” with management does not override tenant rights or the terms of a lease agreement. If I am listed on the lease, I have the legal right to remain in the unit through the lease term unless a lawful eviction process is completed. Any attempt to force me out without proper written notice and a court-ordered eviction would be unlawful. If this matter continues in a way that violates my rights, I am prepared to escalate the situation by contacting Human Resources, the property owner, and seeking legal guidance if necessary. I am requesting that all actions moving forward strictly follow landlord-tenant law. I hope this can be handled properly and professionally

So I just got off the phone with our property manager Diana, who is extremely rude and a very demeaning tone threatening me with some sort of lease violation all from some neighbor Who yelled at me the other day for sweeping off water off my third floor balcony because of a hard storm and it just sits there He said she said from a neighbor does not condone, threatening or harassment from any property manager ever since I’ve been here for almost a year this place is not giving me any peace. The gates do not work and when they do work and nobody can get inside delivery on food services or anything else is an absolute nightmare, calling her because I was late a few times just because my paycheck was pushed back a week she had no empathy whatsoever not that I’ve ever really missed a month ever my lease is done in a month and honestly, I have never been more excited to get out of the complex. I’ve been renting down here in Pinellas County for 17 years. Never had an issue EVER until I came here. I’ve already reached out to the Better Business Bureau and I’ve already reached out to the corporate office. And I’ve alreadySHARED thiS to my rental lawyer Who advised me that this is Harassment, And not typical policy procedure to threaten tenants thank God I record all my phone calls so he could listen to it This will not stand with a veteran like me harassment and threats. Nor should the peace of any family shouldn’t be ruined I don’t know about you, but this looks like a clean porch to me thank God, I take multiple pictures of my house multiple days to have my proof of innocence but again, why should I have to prove any innocence over somebody else’s he said she said be wary from this place And read the reviews this isn’t the first interaction with Diana I hope corporate educates her on how to treat customers never in 17 yrs have I ever been so disappointed in a rental property and the way she thought this should be handled Jessica is the only pleasant office employee and I actually feel very genuine. She cares also the maintenance crew here I think does a great job but Diana zero stars PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THE LAST YEAR AND YOU WILL BE APPALLED protect your peace and protect your family
