  From my first tour to weeks after move in everything has been 5/5 stars! I was able to schedule a tour promptly after expressing interest, all of my questions were answered within less than 24 hours and the move in process was seamless. The building is beautiful, clean and has so many amenities that are important to me. Everyone in leasing is beyond nice and incredibly helpful. After moving in, I had a few work orders that were completed within a day. Everyone is super communicative and really makes it feel like a safe, caring home environment. 100/10 would recommend Delamarre!

  The people working at Delamarre are top notch. Natalie, Megan, Jordan and Alondra are professional and courteous to work with. They make living at Delamarre great.

  I've lived her for 9 months now and I've loved every minute of it. The office staff is amazing, so professional. The grounds are beautiful. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Everyone is friendly and the community events each month are a great cherry on top.

  Noise. Noise. Noise. Never ending noise. The most misleading thing about Delamarre is that it's somehow "luxury." Luxury does not come down to wood floors or appliances. Which aren't even luxury here. It comes down to peace of mind and a sense of wellbeing. You WILL NOT find any of that here. You will find stress, headaches, a management team that could not care less about your problems. Unless you get incredibly lucky, odds are high that you will hear all of your neighbors at once. If you live by the pool, add to that the constant noise of groups of people who don't give a rip about anyone. So, prepare to hear your neighbor's footsteps, conversations, music, entertainment, drawers closing and opening, etc. I have even heard my neighbors SNORING. That's how thin the walls are. And if you tell management, they won't care. They will ChatGPT you an essay length apology and do nothing after using all their willpower to type emails instead of providing residents real solutions to their problems. This place is not luxury. It's a full blow headache. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.

  You should only rent here if you are brazilian. This place is a joke. Read the reviews before signing a year long contract. Everyone is saying the same thing. And it's true. If you complain to the office, they demand proof, then they say between 8am and 10pm is acceptable. Get a complaint against yourself being loud between those same hours and you receive a very threatening worded letter taped to your door. Explain to me how my neighbor is still blasting music after countless complaints, and yet I've got letters on my door for a complaint between 8-10, and not even being anywhere close to as loud as blaring music. So complain and get nothing. Get complained against and get bullied. I wonder if they even have a log of their complaints. Like how can you bully someone for being loud, after they have complained multiple times and you told them it was acceptable... And how the heck is my neighbor still blasting music and movies??
