My husband and I especially appreciated our interaction with Mr. Jordan Marrero, the leasing consultant. We found him outstanding. He was professional, friendly, caring and honest and took an actual interest in our needs and wants. Mr. Marrero was a pleasure and I congratulate Delamarre on their choice of staff. I have lived at Delamarre for many years and have always appreciated the maintenance team, but Eddie has been here since I have moved in and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy!!!! His kindness, dedication and pride in his work make a real difference every single day. Eddie is an absolute asset to this community, his care and positivity truly make this place feel like home!!!!!

And that sucks to admit because it is the nicest area I have ever lived. The leasing office does not have a care in the world about anything going on here. From the extremely loud and disrespectful people every night, to the dog poop that is EVERYWHERE. Nothing is done. They have been “in talks” with a company to get Security to handle all of that for the entire two years we have lived here. I am not usually one to write reviews whether it’s good or bad, but this place has earned this review. I have personally talked 3 or 4 families out of signing a lease here just by sharing our experience with them. For the price you pay, this place is not even close to worth it. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and don’t ignore the reviews like I did.

They will fine you for having trash out at Christmas time. They will look for any excuse to fine you and will not help you with anything. Do not live here.
