  I recently visited friends who live in Dellamare at Celebration, and I was genuinely impressed. The community feels peaceful, elegant, and very well-maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming, the area is beautifully designed, and everything looks clean, cozy, and thoughtfully organized. Walking around, you get this sense of comfort and safety — a place where people truly enjoy living. My friends absolutely love it there, and after visiting, I can completely understand why. Dellamare at Celebration left a very warm impression on me, and it’s definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again.

  Such a promising place, such bad management. It’s been said time and time again in the reviews, however it needs to be restated - if communication is important to you, and you prefer a management office that is responsive…this is not the place. The only communications from the office came in the form of the most obvious ChatGPT “rest assured” or “we hope this finds you well” emails. I actually lost count of how many times I sent an email to the office and it was either not responded to or follow-ups needed to be sent several times to get an answer. Most recently upon payment of our final balance after moving out, I asked for emailed receipt of our final check and still have heard nothing 12 days later. Another example of this was during a garage promotion that they were running. I decided to bite the bullet and get a garage. I have an ev and the chargers available at the apartment were constantly broken. I emailed Natalie so many times to try and get a garage with the ev compatible outlets and she said one was available. Never heard back and followed up and she said she would work on it. This went on for over a month and they of course the garage I wanted was gone. I settled for one of the smaller garages. First payment came around, and they tried to charge me for full price (not the promotional price). Maintenance on the hallways and common areas was poor. The solution to cleaning up the area was to repaint all the hall floors, only for these to be covered in tire marks from bikes and scooters within weeks. Printer in the business center was broken for at least a year. As mentioned above, ev chargers were constantly broken. Mold was present on ceilings. There was a maintenance panel on the wall of the first floor hallway that would regularly beep loudly all weekend long. I could keep going… I should have seen the warnings written on the wall when we first visited and nobody showed up for our scheduled tour of the apartment complex. I’m sure this review will get another ChatGPT response, just like the one below that says “Please feel free to contact us directly at [phone number] or [email] so we can follow up on this matter more personally” …not even editing the fields where you put your company info? Doesn’t seem very personal.

  All the reviews say the same thing and I can only confirm. This place is terrible for the price. 60% of residents, and I’d like to think maybe even more, are incredibly nice people. But a very loud and obnoxious 40% are making the place a dump. I didn’t take the time to add photos but my building’s elevator has been vandalized with no repairs. I have complained countless times about a neighbor blasting music after hours and it still happens weekly. Got a rave club/IMAX theater next to me at 3am multiple times a week. Noise cancellation does nothing when your apartment is shaking. I still don’t understand how they haven’t been removed yet, I can’t be the only one complaining… And the dog bag dispensers aren’t replaced for WEEKS after they have run out, resulting in much more poop everywhere. Can’t say how to stop the bad cultured people from getting in, price is already in the “luxury” range, but I think enforcing the rules that *actually affect residents that are paying stupid amounts for this subpar quality of living* - instead of harassing a girl over astro turf is a good place to start.
