  Mostly OK living here. My biggest complaint is that as a resident with a traumatic brain injury. I don’t get a lot of help with maintenance requests and such since I can’t do it myself. Their friendly office member passed away, unfortunately.

  Although the electrical Repair took longer than expected, Byron and his team did an excellent job of getting everything back up and running and making it right. There were a few glitches, but he went out of his way to make sure that they were fixed, greatly appreciated!

  I spoke to Kimberly, the Assistant Property Manager at the Palms on the phone. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the property with her bubbly personality. Made me decide that I would like to take the tour that she offered me. Looking forward to meeting her.
