  This was the worst apartment experience I have ever had by far. There are too many things to list. Sure the staff in the beginning will be nice, so for everyone saying how nice everyone is just wait until you move out. I moved into an obviously old apartment and was told in my walk through not to worry about the dated carpet and bathrooms. When I moved out recently they billed me for resurfacing of the tub for $200. This is the biggest joke the tub was old and worn out when I moved in. All I did was shower in it. I understand the deep cleaning fee if you want to be picky but an additional few hundred dollars to temporarily make a tub look new to fool the next customer is a joke. I was also charged a $285 fee for carpet touch up which was damaged by the complex utility workers when they replaced the washing machine and absolute normal wear and tear. I never spilled anything on the carpet or damaged the carpet. The complex went through 3-4 managers during my stay and every time I emailed them about complaints I usually never heard back and would call a few weeks later to find out they left the job and the emails are some how gone and were not reported. The staff at this point will make things a mess to where you will be told everything is okay but just wait until you move out. New manager will have no clue as to what was previously discussed and you will pay the cost. I repeatedly had to complain about roaches and I can’t tell you how many times the bug spray company would just skip my apartment and I’m sure many others on our designated spray day. I would have to call and complain almost every month. The place is infested with bugs. The garbage at the dumpsters almost weekly is just thrown on the ground and a complete dump literally. The floors are so old and thin that you can’t hear every movement your upstairs neighbor makes. I have lived in a few apartments and this place was a complete nightmare with little to no management. You all will be charged in the end for things you have nothing to do with. You have been warned. These were just a few things. I could write a book on this place. Wait until it rains hard you will have to babysit the leaks in the windows all night to clean up the mess.

  At the beginning, I was worried about walking into a place so different than what I was used to. Having to downsize from a house to an apartment complex Had many concerns in itself. The first person I happen to see was a young lady named Wilma. She guided me throughout this process and reassured me that every step of the way would be clean, comfortable and peaceful. After walking into the apartment complex, the first time I was hesitant on pulling the trigger. There was already a few things that I was concerned about and Wilma reassured me right away that this would be taken care of immediately.. she updated and communicated every step of the way And provided pictures And receipts that I didn’t even ask for confirming that the things were fixed. Now after being here for just a month and a half I love it. It’s extremely quiet in my place, spacious clean and comfortable. I would only recommend that if anybody were to walk in the front door, speak to the lady named Wilma and you’ll be in the best of hands. Trust me!!
