  Living in "The edge at Brandon" has been such a wonderful experience! From the front office, the maintance, to the units everything is amazing! The front office staff is absolutely amazing especially Ms. Sarah she is a sweetheart and explains everything to the bone! If you have any questions or concerns she's the person to go to!

  Awesome Space here, The Office is willing to work with you if your Late, Maintenance is on Point, & Sarah is Awesome!! She has been such a help with our move in Process, to also just making sure we’re okay! God bless her, she’s a rock!

  Don't live here Lakes always full of trash The grounds are so unkept, and every flower bush looks so untaken care of The trash heep that you do nothing to deal with other than email everyone and put in more bushes you're not gonna take care of Multiple property lights have been out for months if not years Bugs and spiderwebs coat every inch of this place You complain about people having stuff outside like chairs and plants but do nothing about the real problem. I want my neighborhood to look nice and have community and you are actively working against it. I will not be reaching out, do better.

  I just moved in over the past week and everything went smooth! My apartment looks absolutely amazing and Sarah did a GREAT job helping me navigate this process. Super excited about my new apartment 💗

  Sarah was my agent and the whole process was super easy, came into their office and immediately got a tour. Really good prices for the rent as well.
