  We worked with Sameera for leasing, and I would recommend her to anyone! The system was having a hard time processing our application, but she walked me through everything, helped gather all the documents we needed, and was truly amazing to work with. She was always so willing to answer any questions I had, and when we finally got to tour the place in person, she was just as kind and genuine as she was over the phone. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. If you’re thinking about renting here, you won’t be disappointed. The team is so welcoming, and we’re so excited to start this new journey!

  Sameera was a great help get into the apartment and doing my initial inspection complained about the water filter and she had told me that they were on backorder as soon as they get them, they will change them. It’s a beautiful place to live. I hope they enjoy it for a couple years.

  I had a great experience working with Maria Valido, the Leasing Consultant. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. I also want to recognize Jeff, who was very supportive and welcoming. Both Maria and Jeff created a positive environment and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their teamwork, communication, and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out. If you are looking for a leasing team that is responsive, friendly, and truly cares about residents, I highly recommend working with Maria Valido and Jeff. They are a great asset to the community and made my experience very pleasant.

His dedication and commitment are evident in his constant care of the property, keeping all areas in excellent condition. In addition to his outstanding performance, Víctor always treats residents with great kindness and professionalism. He is an approachable, respectful individual who is always willing to help whenever needed. He is truly a valuable asset to the condominium community.   Highly recommend moving here! The service is truly amazing! Sameera Shetty went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was very detailed, patient, and always available to answer any questions we had. You can tell she genuinely cares about the tenants. She made this transition so much easier for us, and we are incredibly thankful for her support!
