  Worst maintenance team, I am still waiting for a door to be fixed and it has termites in almost all the apartments, stay away

  I have nothing short of a great experience everytime I’m on property. If you need/want professionalism w/ kindness from a Leasing Specialist, that can help you out … Sarah, Vickie, or Amanda all are excellent people that are just that.

  Those apartments are run down they are definitely not worth what they charge the water is always getting turn off if something needs to be fix it takes forever to get fix the maintenance man always riding around on the carts on they cellphone that’s why nothing get done call the office they hardly ever answer the phone the water pressure is very low in the bathroom they also charge for pest control but never come to spray these are the worst apartments ever and so is the people that work in the office and the maintenance personnel they also charge for trash and sometimes the trash don’t get picked up just terrible the apartments have ants everywhere they allow dogs and don’t follow up people be letting their dogs poop every where and don’t clean it up I wouldn’t recommend theses the edge of Brandon if they were the last apartments on earth stay clear!

  I am currently a resident of The Edge of Brandon Apartments. I wish to applaud office staff and maintenance on being professional and efficient on calls. Today Aaron completed a maintenance issue with my washing machine. I appreciated his professionalism, efficient knowledge and courteous demeanor with fulfilling my work order. He was accompanied by supervisor Daniel for the move. Aaron completed job alone with expertise. I now have a working machine!

  My daughter lived at The Edge at Brandon on the newer side across the street while attending college, and we are from out of state. The apartment was very nice, clean, and well maintained, which gave us peace of mind as parents. Huge kudos to Sarah in the office—she was always kind, attentive, and quick to help. Maintenance requests were handled promptly; when the AC went out, it was replaced within 24 hours. Overall, a great experience and a well-managed community.
