Finally spoke to an office worker who told me we were only getting $36.00 back out of $1880.00. management fail to give proper notice ahead of time per Florida statue. And it would cost me an additional $25.00 to change the forwarding address. Company looking at a lawsuit. Would not rent from this company.

No BS, straight shooter & clear on what was needed for us to move in ASAP. The comminity seems pretty quiet & the residents respectful for the most part. Your visitors finding an available marked "visitor" parking can be challenging at times, some residents use the visititor parking as well. OK site garages are a huge plus, even though they don't seem insulated so some heat sensitive storage items had to come inside. Maintenance has been great to work with & very friendly and welcoming. I waited a few month before my review & so far I love it here.
