  Big shoutout to Daniella and everyone at Vida Lakewood Ranch. They gave an amazing tour, walked me through all the amenities, and really paid attention to what I needed. The apartment they recommended is gorgeous. Honestly feels like I’m on vacation every single day.

  So glad I stayed!!! I am one of the few remaining original tenants at Vida and have witnessed the good and bad of this complex. Unfortunately, the original owners and poor management allowed the complex to go from beautiful to unacceptable in the two year they owned it. Thankfully, the property was sold about six month ago and the new owners and management are working towards bring this complex back to what it was and should be. The landscaping has been cleaned up, mulch is throughout the complex, immobile cars have been removed, irrigation issues being addressed, the pond has been cleaned up and gets treated, buildings are being power washed and new office staff, as well as, maintenance has been put in place. These changes are making a very positive difference. It was an extremely frustrating time with the old management and the poor reviews are valid for that time but positive changes are happening. I am very happy I held out moving because I can see the efforts to fix the problems and bring this complex back to what it was. Crystal, the new property manager, has done a great job navigating the frustrated tenants and working with corporate to get the necessary issues addressed. This was a two year downfall so it will/has taken time to fix but she is definitely doing just that. I have found no other complex that compares to the resort feel and great location we have here at Vida Lakewood Ranch!!

  beautiful community. worste management.horrible horrible staff.Do not recommend people to live here.NOT WITH THIS TYPE OF MANAGEMENT.TOO MANY RULES.THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT.THEY WILL LOOSE ALOT OF TENANTS.MANAGEMENT COMPANY USED TO BE SO MUCH BETTER BEFORE WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN.NOW IT'S JUST DISGUSTING HOW THEY RUN EVERYTHING.THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. BTW SINCE MS.ROBIN REID WANTS TO BRING SO MUCH POSITIVE THINGS TO THIS COMMUNITY, HOW ABOUT CLEANING THE POOL ALREADY,IT LOOKS GREEN AND DIRTY.IT IS SUMMER ALREADY.HAVE SOMEONE CLEAN IT.THE OLD MANAGEMENT WAS WAY BETTER AND THEY EVEN HAD EVENTS FOR TENANTS ON HOLIDAYS EVEN FOR KIDS.NOW THEY WANT TO BE CHEAP AND NOT DO ANYTHING FUN FOR THE COMMUNITY.
