  Jan Haukos at Hillwood Preserve community is truly EXCEPTIONAL ! She is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable- never once did my Mother- inlaw feel pressured or rushed to purchase a home. Jan took the time to understand her needs and guided my wife and Mother-inlaw through every step of the process as we relocated her to Florida. Jan is a wonderful asset to the team at Hillwood Preserve ! Jan navigated everything seamlessly, making what could have been overwhelming process feel smooth, organized, and even enjoyable! Her professionalism, combined with genuine care, made all the difference- and along the way , she became more than just a sales representative; she became a friend.   Jan was incredible to work with at Ryan Homes in Hillwood Preserve. She was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly - of which there were many. Her dedication showed - even coming in to meet me and taking calls on her day off. Her professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Our sales consultant Joshua and the entire team at Ryan Homes have been great to work with in putting together the contract for our new home.
