  beautiful community. worste management.horrible horrible staff.Do not recommend people to live here.NOT WITH THIS TYPE OF MANAGEMENT.TOO MANY RULES.THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT.THEY WILL LOOSE ALOT OF TENANTS.MANAGEMENT COMPANY USED TO BE SO MUCH BETTER BEFORE WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN.NOW IT'S JUST DISGUSTING HOW THEY RUN EVERYTHING.THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

  Should definitely be o stats not 4.7 this place is infested with bugs and roaches they cannot get rid of bring ur hip waders when u step in all the dead grass u will need them with all the dog crap everywhere people have dogs here that don’t report to the office the walls are paper thin my neighbor was bringing in 2 to 3 different men every nite told the office abbey she said he was added to the lease I wondered if ice was looking for this guy over stacking is huge in this place they have no idea who comes and stays in these apartments overnite they don’t check any license plates the garbage is a compete joke always full to compasity ten they start putting the garbage on the sidewalk this has got to be the worst place I have ever lived new people took over now but I see sum people that can’t wait to get out of their lease they say nothing has changed at all if Abby still works there and ur Spanish you will get her full attention favoritism she definitely needs to go she overlooks everything how she ever got the job there I’ll never know forget about using the pool or grill on the weekends people that don’t even live there use everything drinking smoking also people follow someone threw the gate to unload their garbage that don’t even live there also I don’t want to ever forget how bad this place really was please do ur research very well talk to some people that live their before u make a decision their are brand new apartments that are cheaper than this place and way nicer of an area once u sight they will not let u leave ur lease I give them 1 star they have not done one thing sense I left 6 months ago this comes from a current tenant that I personally know definitely over stacking I hope ice comes there

  If I could give ZERO stars I would do so. I have been here for less than a year and my lease cannot end fast enough. I am not one to post reviews but considering that I moved here based on the five star reviews that they once had less than a year ago I wanted to warn others not to move here. I was displaced by the hurricane last year and I thought this was going to be an amazing place to start over but I was so wrong. I will start with my biggest issue currently, there is a bug infestation despite weekly pest control for several months. I have had several pest control employees tell me that the surrounding apts need to be sprayed as well otherwise it will never work and they also told me that they notified the office of this as well. I have called the office several times to request they notify my neighbors of this issue so they can also have pest control come in and nothing has changed. The landscaping or should I say lack of is horrible with dead trees, grass and plants everywhere, no mulch etc. The office staff has changed countless times in 10 months and does not answer the phone or call you back if you call with an issue. The noise from other apts is disturbing to say the least. I constantly hear my upstairs neighbors walking, talking, closing cabinets, closing doors, peeing, arguing, dog running. I can hear my next door neighbor yelling, screaming and having sex. My neighbors dog has destroyed the whole yard more than once even after they placed new sod and the yard is full of dirt and poop once again which smells horrid from my patio so I cannot sit outside. The dog ripped all of the screens out of the patio next to me and they constantly have random large pieces of furniture sitting outside which no one does anything about. If you go to the office with complaints they say all the right things and pretend to care and then ZERO follow through or follow up as promised. The apts are way over priced in comparison considering there is NOTHING luxury about them. Before you move in they review all of these rules and regulations that make it sound so clean and well taken care of that NO ONE follows. There is dog poop all over the property so don't be fooled by the dog rules. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Came back on here a month later with an update: I will say they have changed pest control companies recently which is a step in the right direction however management continues to dispute the fact that there is a bug infestation in my building (for which I have moved out because of) I have five other neighbors in my building who have confirmed this and the building has to now be fumigated so clearly there is a bug infestation! They have refused to allow me to terminate my lease despite me vacating due to the bug infestation. None of the management employees will return my calls or emails so I find it hilarious that they replied to my review asking me to call so they can help! I have called and emailed the property mgr, regional mgr and his assistant as well and still no help after they lied to me about the bug infestation. In case anyone is wondering they are german cock roaches and again this problem started months ago and was ignored for far to long and then disputed before actually doing anything about it.
