The facilities and grounds are very well maintained. The atmosphere is calm and laid back. Special events are a common thing here including food trucks setting up a couple times a month. It's a good place to live!
- TBTony BowerDec 5, 20252.0This place was for a new complex the worst we had ever lived in in Florida start off with the smart rent it sucks they won’t give u a key to ur apartment which is very wrong in the state of Florida supposed to be u have a key with the stupid keyless entry WiFi was horrible for the eight months we stayed their their office manager was a very disrespectful and rude person that always complained to her corporate boss making us look bad she needs to go the rest of the staff was nice we lived above our garage come home every nite to see about 6 people sitting in lawn chairs by the stairway the place has over stacking people that don’t even live there roaches are a huge problem there all in the hallways and also in ur apartment the more they sprayed the more they kept returning for the grand finally we came home one day to find our apartment was leaking threw the cealing from a top floor apartment toilet that leaked threw 3 floors for a building that was not even a year old to have a pipe collapse is one in a million also did I mention we came home one nite and the drains in the parking lot water was above our wheels in the car besides the elevator constantly breaking down and taken weeks to repair oh the smell of pot weed is everywhere nobody obeys the rules there had an officer come in the apartment many times to smell the pot but he said try could not determine where it came from gross to smell this Al nite long and in te hallways besides the fact once a week the sheriffs would be ther to arrest someone walking out in hand cuffs please do ur research before u ove into this pace once ur in ur forgotten and if u like WiFi theirs is the worst I have ever seen on Florida smart rent ad u pay dearly for it in ur rent its a joke ill never live in an apartment that refuses to give u a key to ur door it’s Ike they control you their ask any attorney in the state of Florida the law states they cannot refuse u a key to ur apartment so they make their own rules before u sign that ease we could have died a lawsuit but we chose to leave the management in this complex needs to go but corporate seems to think she’s the best thing that ever happen her name is Sam she’s very rude and out of order the people who own the oasis definitely need to remove her but instead they favor her Flordia law says they cannot refuse u a key ask any attorney in the state of Flordia these people make their own rules that go against Flordia law I have sum of the office girls that did work there and they had left because of the manager Sam horrible person in my own opinion corporate says to call them why ? Everything is in this review and they probably will do nothing at all to make it a better place to live and follow the Flordia law if they do t want to give u a key consult with ur attorney

Los jardines están siempre bien cuidados, el personal de mantenimiento responde rápido y las áreas comunes son seguras y tranquilas. Me encanta que haya suficiente estacionamiento para visitantes. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de tiendas y de la autopista. Totalmente recomendado para familias o personas que buscan un ambiente pacífico.
