- BCBarbara CurranOct 9, 20255.0I moved here 2-1/2 years ago (sight unseen) with the intention of buying a home in LWR. There’s a lot to be said though for the convenience of apartment living. The property is beautifully maintained, the pool is awesome, the staff is friendly and hosts fun monthly events, the apartments are spacious, and the location is perfect - grocery store, UPS, eateries all in walking distance. Another happy surprise was being the community is within the Peace River Electric Co-op service area, and because the buildings are well insulated, electric bills are very reasonable even in the summer. Only thing on my wish list is a heater for the pool in the winter…hello Santa Claus?? 😂 Come for a tour and see for yourself why, nearly 3 years later, I’m still here.

We are 100% “happy campers,” and here are a few reasons why: - Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. - capable and efficient maintenance on all service requests. - Broad range of amenities and services provided, including: - beach-entry salt water pool - poolside kitchen & covered dining facility - large screened lanai with TV, games & fireplace. - palm-lined courtyard w/walkway lighting, pergolas w/gas fire pits - dog park - fully equipped gym and game room - complimentary wine bar - conference room & computer room -Strong attention to tenants in keeping the rules regarding tenant safety and security. - Very well-kept amenities and grounds. I recommend the Oasis at Lakewood Ranch to anyone looking for upscale apartments and facilities, as well as quality and capable management.
