  Being in the military for almost 7 years my husband and I have lived in a lot of apartments, and by far Oasis has been our favorite place to live. The staff is friendly, the amenities are nice and maintained, and there are tons of families and pets always out and enjoying the space. We love it here! It's the perfect place to stay if you're transitioning between homes, or just looking to rent a nice, cozy place.

  There is a serious lack of urgency and a noticeable knowledge gap when it comes to maintenance. I’ve been dealing with issues since day one. When I moved in, the lock did not pair correctly. This was identified during the walkthrough, yet it still took over a month to fix. In addition, residents are required to pay for a package that includes internet service, which has been extremely poor. Speeds are very slow, so if you work from home, you may want to look into a backup option. I am currently dealing with chirping alarms. Maintenance has been out four times, and I am now scheduled for a fifth service call, including one on a Sunday. The first response took over 24 hours during normal business hours, which reflects the lack of urgency from both the office staff and the maintenance team. The office manager, Maddie, assured me on the fourth visit that the issue would be resolved, yet the alarms are still chirping. Maintenance and support are critical, especially when paying premium rates. Unfortunately, the level of service provided here does not match the price being charged.

  I was helping my daughter find her next apartment because she suddenly needed to move. We met with Sadie at Oasis and she was wonderful. We didn’t even look anywhere else. She was kind, professional, friendly and helpful. She showed us as many apartments as we needed to see and answered all of our questions. She seemed to enjoy her job and I hope her boss sees this and give her a bonus. The community is clean, has really nice amenities and is priced well for the area and what they offer. If you are looking to make a move call Sadie at Oasis and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you!

  We have been living here for 2 months and highly recommend this community to others. The staff is polite, helpful, respectful, and friendly, including the maintenance team, especially Luis. They always greet my dog with lots of love and some of the maintenance guys even keep treats on them to spoil the pups of this community. Maintenance is always fast. Our A/C broke on a Sunday and was immediately fixed the same day as an emergency service. The maintenance crew is always out and about maintaining the property and the property is always well-kept and well-maintained. We have not seen a single roach or any kind of bug for that matter in our apartment since moving in. The property is very community oriented and always coming up with fun and interesting activities to engage the community. The neighbors are extremely friendly, one neighbor even helped us move our furniture in. The amenities are worthwhile, they are great to utilize and the game room is a lot of fun. And on a final note, the unit gets excellent water pressure. I hope this is helpful to anyone searching for an apartment. During the touring process, we toured an upward of almost 20 different communities and found this one to be the most modern, clean, friendly, and overall worthwhile community to live in, and so far we do not regret our highly deliberated decision.

  My family and I have been here for 4 years now and it has been an amazing experience. Amenities are top notch and always taken care of, and the people are awesome. Front office staff is second to none with their consistency to providing a great experience for all residents. My favorite part is the local food trucks that they bring in regularly as well as the community events that my children have thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend Oasis to any and everyone.
