  Not a good experience. We spec'd to build a house and were told that a 20% deposit would be required if paying cash. No problem. And then I received the contract. I've never encountered such an unintelligible document. The $120K deposit went to $150K and nowhere on the contract was the estimated settlement statement. The whole contract seemed to be geared for the upsell at the subsequent meeting to be had at the design center in three weeks after signing the contract. And to me, the most bizarre part was that we would lose our $150K if we backed out if we found that the design center additional items were going to be too much and raise the cost of the house too much. We had spec'd it but hadn't spec'd lighting and plumbing fixtures and a bunch of the items on our spec sheet said "additional elements required." Essential elements that cost more? I would never sign a contract that doesn't specify exactly what the house is going to cost, fully spec'd out. The right way to do it is fully spec out the house with buyers first - with all options disclosed and knowing that adding later would incur change fees and how much they would be - and not the way Pulte is doing it. There is a chance I'm missing something but it's hard to believe that others would commit a non-refundable deposit on a house that they really don't yet know the price of. Another reason we withdrew was no fault of Pulte's - my wife has a medical condition that may have precluded us from doing the deal - but that was resolved. So, we returned to SeaFlower and bought from another builder. Their contract included all options and mirrored the original estimated settlement statement. Excited to be moving to SeaFlower!

  We are so excited about building our new home in Seaflower. It has been an amazing experience working with Dannette Maldanado. She is so personable and her knowledge of the building process is beyond belief! It is always so reassuring to work with such a professional!! We would highly recommend Pulte Homes and Dannette!

  We recently closed on our beautiful new Seaflower home and could not be happier! From the day we happened upon the new development (June '25) to the day we closed, we knew this was home. Dannette Maldonado was our sales representative, and her guidance and patience made our experience seamless. The amount of calls and emails must have been overwhelming, but she was attentive to every question and concern we had. The welcome flowers and basket Dannette provided when we closed were so thoughtful! Then we had the pleasure of working with Shayne Hassell in design and absolutely loved the experience. Shayne provided the perfect balance of supporting our choices and offering ideas and advice when we just weren't sure. The results are everything we ever wanted, and I can't say enough about her taste in design. Next we met our construction manager Sean Hughes, and he was beyond helpful and reliable. From our first virtual meeting to the pre-drywall walk through, to the final inspection, we had every confidence in Sean. He is hands-on, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his customers. Our house required wider doors and a few modifications to meet ADA requirements, and Sean was on top of that from day one, giving my husband and I peace of mind. A huge thanks to all who made our dreams come true!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience with Pulte Homes so far has been excellent. Dannette, our Sales Manager, has truly gone above and beyond at every step of the process. She has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, making what can be a stressful experience feel seamless and well-organized. The entire process to date has been professional, transparent, and smooth. If you’re considering building with Pulte Homes at Seaflower in Bradenton , you will be in very good hands with Dannette.
