It's pretty bad that you pay $200 deposit and they take it from you for the water, sewer and trash etc. I have to pay a huge early fee for getting out of a ridiculous complex. I'm sorry but my family will always come first!!!

I have had roaches constantly in my apartment and I keep my place clean, pest control comes but still it always ends up happening and they still come. There are barely any visitor spots and even normal parking spots, sometimes I’ll have to park all the way down the street which I don’t feel comfortable with walking that far alone at night. I only had one problem with my AC and that was an easy fix. Ive had some signs of mice too just never saw them — heard scratching noises in the roof at night mostly, my bread was getting eaten into, saw mice droppings all in my pantry. I definitely will not be staying here when my lease is up. If I could I would leave now
