Josh, our sales rep, answered all our questions and concerns through out the whole process. He would ask if there was anything he needed to address through out the process. It was reassuring to know that he was there to make sure things went smoothly. Mike ,our project manager, was on top of things from day one. He was so patient with me and made sure any and all issues were taken care of. I appreciate the time and effort all the workers put in to make our home beautiful. The mortgage part was alittle overwhelming but with Amy's help we got through it. She guided me through the whole process and reassured me that everything would work out in the end which, it did. We appreciate all the employees at Ryan Homes for what they have done for us. We love our new house and look forward to making new memories here.

- MMMattiasJul 17, 20245.0We love our new community and our new home ( RyanHomes). This is the 4th month we live here. Jan was always amazing throughout the whole process and was able to resolve everything needed. Both, Jan and Carol ( the sales ladies) were lovely and very helpful and .... from just stopping by to check on this new future community ( no house was started yet in the area except the viewing models), we put down a downpayment and 6 months later we were living in our new home. We were among the first buyers and we couldn't wait for the house to be ready, we moved in the same day our house was ready to sign. Building process was fast and our construction manager, Dan, did a great job managing his team and allowing us to move in the soonest possible without lacking quality. We're happy and blessed to be part of this new community, we absolutely love the area, right next to Lakewood Ranch, lots of parks and trails around, amazing back to back neighbourhood. We have kids park, dog park, low HOA, lovely neighbours, peaceful neighbourhood where our kids can play safely, close to everything needed, wonderful place to live.
