Jan in the office was super nice; she made the paper process very easy and was able to answer any questions I had through the entire building process. Mike the contractor on my property went above and beyond with the building of my house. He addressed any issue I had promptly with a smile, and always happily answered any questions I had about the house. He was very informative with the warranty process, and he explained all of the systems in depth during our walkthrough. Mike made the very stressful process of building a house seem very easy.

Josh, our sales rep, answered all our questions and concerns through out the whole process. He would ask if there was anything he needed to address through out the process. It was reassuring to know that he was there to make sure things went smoothly. Mike ,our project manager, was on top of things from day one. He was so patient with me and made sure any and all issues were taken care of. I appreciate the time and effort all the workers put in to make our home beautiful. The mortgage part was alittle overwhelming but with Amy's help we got through it. She guided me through the whole process and reassured me that everything would work out in the end which, it did. We appreciate all the employees at Ryan Homes for what they have done for us. We love our new house and look forward to making new memories here.
