To make a long story short, all these employers and employees are excellent. They work above and beyond all their duties. They all are professionals and hard workers. Their kindness exceeds their pains. They are determined to make all their tenants happy. "They are a great team player." I live by this old saying; "Rome wasn't built in a day." Be patient!!! The maintenance staff has always handled any of my requests promptly. These units have also been very safe during hurricanes and other tropical storms, and the immediate neighborhood is not prone to flooding. The buildings are well-maintained, and the grounds are kept up meticulously. It's also been very convenient for shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, banking, gym, etc..most of which are easily within walking distance. Overall, I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
