Further, because of outlandish perks given and severely reduced rates it is truly not safe to live here. The respectable professional residents make other arrangements & walk upon termination of their leases or prior to better their cause

I want to thank Brittany & Lakesha for always being on top of whatever unforseeable issue our complex has from hurricane clean ups to home improvements. You both not only go way beyond what your paid to do but you care about your residents and it shows. We are family and this is a family complex which Brittany & Lakesha have worked so hard to build. Kids finally playing in the basketball court and on the playground, the pool is filled with life, and their pool parties are amazing for families with kids. Some of us might be problematic with our constant complaints but the majority of us know those people will never be satisfied with any outcome. You guys are doing an amazing job! Thank you for turning a cold apartment complex into a community home. One request though, can we get an upgrade on our car washing area please? Please tell the higher ups that we are requesting a better car washing spot. Lol. While im on request, food truck Friday's ma'ams!!!!
