- LHLawrence HoffmanDec 22, 20252.0Is it great? No. Is it terrible? No. Apartments are built very cheaply, you hear everything I regret not getting a third floor unit. There’s dog poop all over the place. Cars drive very fast in here the front office sent out an email but nothing has stopped them. Very dirty breeze ways, trash juice marks from the company that picks up the trash, everything needs to be pressure washed. When residents move out they don’t take their time painting the apartment inside everything has overspray. This place needs to lower their prices. The one good thing about place is the maintenance crew! They’re very quick to respond to any issues.

The customer service is unprofessional, they do not provide solutions, and they treat residents with a bad attitude. A place where you live should offer respect and good service, and unfortunately that is not the case here. For these reasons, I do not recommend this condominium to anyone looking for a pleasant environment and good customer service.
