  Kailah and Michelle are the best! They made move in so easy, we had our paperwork in and approved, literally within two days. We have a beautiful, three bedroom apartment with vinyl floors, updated appliances, a screened in patio, and a fenced in yard! The fire pit stations and Grill areas are so cute, decorated with fairy lights, and just an overall amazing atmosphere. The gym is excellent, and we use it daily, my only request is to add a leg extension machine! Gotta work those quads.😆 First month in, and we’re definitely staying awhile.🙂 When we moved in, there was a slight issue with the kitchen faucet and the air-conditioning, Darrell was quick to show up within 10 minutes to fix the issues, and we haven’t had any trouble with anything since! Super friendly and super professional. Thank you so much again for your kindness, following the situation that we had at our previous place, you all have truly proven that you are five stars and above.

  I love living here, the facilities are beautiful, the social area is very pleasant, and all the staff are very friendly. The maintenance service is exceptional, and I especially want to highlight Giselle's work; she's very quick and efficient in resolving any situation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I've lived here since I moved to Florida. It's probably been the best experience I've ever had as a renter. The complex is safe, clean, well-maintained, and constantly being updated. The best part is the maintenance staff, especially Giselle. She's very friendly and attentive, responds quickly to any request, and has no problem resolving anything. She's always respectful and very professional.

  I would like to give a shout out to the unsung heroes at this apartment complex, known as the ground maintenance crew. In this post, i'm specifically pointing my finger at Bob! Bob, works the grounds and gives it up every day to keep our sidewalks clean, our hallways in our units pressure washed, and does a fantastic job at the pool area where there are a few Sable Palms, and we all know how those berries get everywhere, and he ensures that they are either removed or keeps the berries off the ground so no one steps on them while enjoying the beautiful pool area. Heat, cold, rain or hurricanes, he is out there! Thank you, Bob! In an added note i saw the newest member to the maintenance team, Giselle, whom was part of a maintenance crew at another apartment complex I once lived in - we recognize each other when I walked by the maintenance garage this morning, and had a chat. I hope Echo Lake is aware of how lucky they are to have hired her - she's amazing at her job so I am thrilled.She is already part of a wonderful maintenance team. Since new management took over months ago, I have really enjoyed living here, goimg on three years now, but in the past months when new management came on the scene, this place looks magnificent, office staff and management are awesome and always try to address your concerns or help in any way they can. and The maintenance team are complete Rock Stars and do such a good job of immediate response when you have an emergency like your air conditioner goes out, something breaks, etc. I think maintenance crews do not get enough recognition on how hard they have to work, especially out in the Florida heat. And weather these guys are membersof maintenance or grounds, I've noted that they still all work together as one team and have each other's back. Refreshing!
