    My air conditioner broke down, so I submitted a work order, and Giselle came right away to fix it. She did an excellent job. I am very happy with the new management this condominium has now. They truly take care of the community — they help residents, keep the place clean, and respond very quickly when something is broken. Giselle arrived very fast, helped me a lot, and took the time to explain what was going on with my air conditioner. She also explained how I can take better care of it to avoid future problems. I am very grateful to her for coming so quickly and resolving my AC issue. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the new administration and the great service they provide.
