  Darrell did awesome! Felt bad but he had to come out in the early AM due to an issue the. Later returned to fix our fridge! Just awesome job!!

  The maintenance team here is wonderful! We had a problem with our air conditioning and put in a maintenance request. Giselle was here within the hour to fix the issue we were having. She is extremely competent, friendly, and efficient. We had our air fixed within ten minutes.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of Giselle Cabrera from the maintenance team in our building. She is always professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient at what she does. Every request is handled promptly, and her attention to detail truly makes a difference in keeping everything clean, safe, and running smoothly. What stands out the most is her positive attitude and willingness to help — she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and hardworking. Thank you, Giselle, for your excellent service and for being such a valuable part of our community. Very well deserved 5 stars!
