There were problems with the air conditioning, excessive water charges, and when I moved out, they charged me fraudulently even though the apartment was cleaned perfectly and the carpet was spotless. When I asked for proof of the alleged dirtiness, they didn't respond to my email. The person's name is Kim Arnison, and I'm still waiting for your email with the photos showing the areas you claim were dirty.

One of my kids currently lives there, and knowing they’re in a safe, well-maintained, quality community makes all the difference. The front office staff is exceptional—always friendly, always helpful, and consistently willing to go above and beyond. Most recently, Community Manager Drew Hammond handled a minor air-conditioning issue promptly and professionally, even providing a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. That level of customer service speaks volumes. Beyond the staff, the location can’t be beat. It’s close to everything they need, and being within walking distance of IMG Academy is a huge advantage. As a parent, I rest easier at night knowing my child is in good hands at Champions Walk. Highly recommended.
