  I’ve been a resident here at Verona for about a year and a half now, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say! I had an emergency with my AC unit a few weeks ago late at night—around 11:30 PM—and was honestly expecting to be stuck dealing with the issue until the next day. I called the emergency line, and the maintenance man, Alex Santos, responded immediately. Within 10 minutes, he was already on-site and ready to help. Alex was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. It’s rare that you find that level of responsiveness and dedication, especially that late at night. I truly appreciate the prompt service and peace of mind. Five stars all the way!

  Alex santos came to my apartment today to do the unit inspection , very quick and knowledgeable , he checked everything and changed my hvac filter and fixed my garbage disposal while here , and he was very helpful and respectful, i have seen him working at this property for some time now and have noticed a HUGE change in the property things are looking better and my work orders are getting resolved right away , HUGE shoutout to the maintenance team for doing what they need , also the lady’s in the office are always so helpful and caring , definetly recommend living here to anyone.

  I’ve had a really positive experience with this community. The environment is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. I especially want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance guy, Alex Santos. He was amazing super professional, quick to respond, and very helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond. Great service like his truly makes a difference!

  Worst experience trying to find a home. We walked in, and did not get greeted at all. After waiting, we tell the girl we want to find a home. My wife asked a question on why certain information was needed. The angry looking female did not like that and took it personal. The girl started asking a bunch of questions that would not be needed unless we were interested. We asked if we could see the property first. The little girl stated it was protocol. Then asked for a phone number. Again my wife asks to opt out of any text or AI follow up or repeated calls to her phone and not sell her information.The woman said again that it’s manditory that they follow up with multiple calls. Now, we had been calling for weeks, from both numbers trying to get a live agent to call instead of the AI. We left multiple voicemails for the last 3 weeks trying to get ahead. No call back or follow up. Finally we decide to go there since no one called us back. The little girl was not only rude but then proceeds to ask my wife if she had somewhere to be since she mentioned she wanted to just see the room and not the amenities. She in fact had a meeting to get to in the evening. So because she asked how long it would take, the girl then refused to give us the tour and says because of our questions and requests that we are being too hostile and she will not show us the apartment. Then we stating we don’t want any follow ups from her, and she still put our information in and saved it. We immediately got follow up AI texts. This girl was very unprofessional. What a blessing, because after reading these negative reviews we would not want to live somewhere like this.

  This property is dirty. There are cops there constantly. I lived here for over a year. It's loud, the homes are old and outdated, plus there are cockroaches. The office has one person who never answers or calls you back. When you go to the office she just stares and does not say hello or ask if you need help. She looks miserable. If you ask her a question she is rude and unprofessional. I could not wait for my lease to end. The place we moved is larger and cheaper. There are better spaces in the area. Stay away!
