  The apartment complex is beautiful! They take such great care of everything! The girls in the office are so sweet. Lexie was a doll very patient kind and honest! The grounds look beautiful the pool is beautiful it's definitely a family community! Excited for my kids to move in there thank you lexie! God bless you you're a doll!

  Lexi was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process. From the very beginning, she was so helpful, transparent, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything clear and easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed or pressured at any point. What stood out most was how communicative and honest she was—she really made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about the people she’s helping, and that makes such a difference. I’m so grateful I got to work with Lexi and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and positive leasing experience!

  Moved in here in February sight unseen due to moving cross country, and it was an incredible decision! Most folks here have been here for years (always a good sign) and the community is so nice, with nice people. Lexi and Stephanie were great throughout the whole process, 10/10 recommend this complex!

  A beautiful community. I recently went for a tour and immediately knew I wanted to call this home. I applied same day. Such a quiet, calm, place, and spacious as ever for the price. Thank you Lexi for the amazing tour

  I had been planning my move back down to Palm Beach County from Manhattan and asked my parents to tour a few communities on my behalf. They toured Banyan Grove with Lexi, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lexi was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. She showed them multiple units, the grounds, the gym, and the barbecue areas, which my mom said were beautiful and brand new. They were so impressed with the overall feel of the community and the quality of the amenities. In fact, my parents had another complex scheduled to tour afterward, but after seeing Banyan Grove, they simply drove through the other property and decided they didn’t even need to go in. That says everything. At this point, Banyan Grove is my top choice, and I just wanted to sincerely thank Lexi and the team for making such a great impression. It truly means a lot when you’re coordinating a move from another state.
