  This review is not based off the apartment itself, but rather the staff. Throughout our time living at Via Lugano (approx 2 years), Carrie and her team were always accommodating and supportive. My husband and I just recently moved out into a new home since we outgrew our apartment with our growing family. Throughout that transition time, Carrie and her team were fantastic. The support didn't just end there, but rather throughout the whole time we were living there. Whenever we needed support throughout our time there, we were immediately met with it and the issues were addressed immediately. Also shoutout to all the maintenance men who work there- they were always so professional, kind, and quick! Thank you Carrie, Maintenance, and team!

  My experience with Bianca was exceptional. She was extremely informative, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. She made the entire process smooth and stress free and helped me feel comfortable during a stressful time. Gary was also extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service as well.

  Bianca our representative and Carrie, the manager was extraordinary helpful. They went over and beyond to assist us in moving in. We are truly grateful, we look forward to living at our new place. Thanks from Paul and Noreen.

  The complex itself was OK. The apartment needed some work. Definitely not worth the rent that is being charged here. The appliances are old and outdated, the bathroom fixtures are also old and outdated. The screened in porch and the extra storage space is a nice plus but the lack of cabinet space in the kitchen negates that. You should put somewhere in your website that Applicants need to have near perfect credit before you gouge them with your nonrefundable application fees.

  This apartment complex advertises itself as a luxury apartment space with many amenities and features. While in reality it’s overpriced, unkempt, and not at all the experience that they will have you expect. The appliances and furnishings in the apartment are very old and do not work well. The Amazon lockers that are being removed were worthless anyway and were never used properly. The “valet trash service” they provide is helpful when they actually pick up the trash when and how they say they will, but most of the time the trash people will complain and not take your trash anyway even though it’s bagged and placed according to their “rules and schedule.” And good luck getting rid of any bulk items in your apartment because you only have access to bulk trash after 6pm on Sunday evenings. Also the trash compactor is overflowing all the time and is gross and ugly. The gym is mid at best with broken equipment and ridiculous hours. The gate at the front of the complex is basically useless as it’s either always broken or just straight up left open all day and night. And they say there’s only a limited number of cars allowed per apartment, but the lot fills with unknown cars that sit for weeks at a time leaving comfortable parking scarce. And the office staff are generally unpleasant. Gary? (I think his name is) is nice, but everyone else is pretty rude. If you have another option, choose that. Don’t live here.
