Currently received a letter last week they are doing fire inspections gave date ranges from Monday to Thursday…. To lock up your pets… well that’s not going to fly my dog won’t be left in a crate for 9 hours. I have tried calling the office since I got the letter to narrow down the days. Are they going to reimburse me for the costs of doggy day care? They never answer the phones, they are never in the office, it’s insane. The gates are always broken as well. I don’t know where these people go or if they even work. When you leave messages NO one returns calls. I’m sick of this.
