In this day and age, the rental process is long and many times complicated as well as costly. We came across The Villages of Bayan Grove. From the start we felt at home. The reason for this welcomed feeling was mainly due to our representative named Lexi. She made us feel at home and welcomed. Lexi was knowledgeable and explained the process. She toured us on available apartments and explained all the benefits. Every step of the way she had a smile and answered every question we had. Lexi continued to help us with the application process and walked us through each step. Lexi is truly an amazing asset to The Villages of Banyan Grove. All the benefits are great and I use them often such as the gym and the pool. Our apartment had a mold issue in the bedroom closet and the maintenance team resolved the issue and property staff provided us with adequate resources. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
